By accepting a booking the client understands During the term of this Agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months after the completion of the last job performed by any cleaner, contractor, or subcontractor employed or contracted by DoubleTime Cleaning for services in the states of Texas and Georgia, Client agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, or engage the services of any such personnel.  Cards on file get a hold placed at the morning of every clean and charged when the job is completed.  We do not refund nor credit back but do hold a satisfaction guarantee for the selected type of job and extras in the inclusions, must notify us and allow us to return within 24 hours of job completion. There is a cancellation fee of 50% of the job if not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time of the clean. However we understand circumstances happen and we can re-evaluate on case by case basis.  For the safety of the cleaners and others, we do ask that you reschedule if ANYONE in the house is feeling unwell. Under that circumstance we do not charge a cancellation fee if we're notified prior to the cleaner's arrival. IF a cleaner arrives and someone is unwell without notification, they are instructed to leave immediately to which a cancellation fee will be incurred.  We have a zero tolerance for harassment or advances towards our cleaners. Should such events occur and they feel uncomfortable or their safety compromised they are instructed to leave immediately, charge full price for the clean, and up to having authorities called.

AirBnB and other Short Term Rentals and Mid Term Rental turnovers: 

​

Thank you for signing up with DoubleTime Cleaning! Your quote includes the cost of a turnover under normal circumstances and the washing of sheets and towels.  Additional costs are rare but can incur under the following circumstances:

​

  • Egregious levels that will require a deep clean such as a higher than normal mess such as a party, BBQ, glitter, confetti, wedding/events, etc.

  • Deep clean on a grill requiring the removal of the grates and cleaning underneath. 

  • Pet fees if you’re allowing pets when there is evidence of a pet having been present.

  • Wait times if the cleaner has to wait longer than 30 minutes (no charge if we are notified in advance).

  • Wait times if the cleaner has completed the cleaning job and has to wait on a supply arrival

  • Cancellation or reschedule if not notified prior to the cleaner’s arrival.

  • Handyman or maintenance item requests from the cleaner.

  • We do value our cleaners and their times with their families.  Holidays are 1.5x starting 5/1/2024.  Observed holidays are as follows: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day. However we do offer to come the next day.

  • Cigarette smoke smell removal

  • If there is no working dishwasher on site and dishes need to be washed by hand

  • Off site washing of quilts, comforters or other heavy blankets.  King size comforters must be on site for an additional $10 (we highly suggest triple sheet or duvets).

  • Any cleaning job requests after stays of 31 days or longer MUST be a deep clean (Unless approved by management).

  • Any new cleaning requests where we take over a previous cleaner/cleaning company must be a deep clean. This is to ensure the quality of your next guest's stay. (Unless approved by management).

  • All STRs must have a minimum of 3 sets of everything to ensure a secure flow.  Once laundry is put out and everything remade and there is not enough to put out/make beds, there will be a trip fee for the cleaner to return of a minimum of $75.

 

Services Other than Cleaning:

 

Lawn Services and Carpet/upholstery cleaning can be scheduled through our software but liability and payment is to a third party.  DoubleTime Cleaning is only for scheduling purposes only to help with organizing our client's needs.

Cleaning services are insured and bonded, however handyman and maintenance are a convenience.  DoubleTime Cleaning can accept payment and scheduling but is not responsible nor liable during these jobs.  The jobs are kept small to minimize risk but client agrees that this is an at risk request and the handyman performing the task is not liable for damages that may occur.
